If you are a composition major, undergraduate or graduate, then you are eligible to take our studio courses. Although composition majors have enrollment priority, these courses also are open to non-majors who have had some composition training, such as the K100 course at IU or its equivalent elsewhere.

Our studio courses focus on contemporary electronic art music and the technology required to create it.

If you are not a composition major, the following courses may be right for you. They cover a range of approaches to music-making with computers and other devices, from pop or EDM production to experimental electronic music performance.
